Apartment will be ready on date of arrival at 4 PM. You will receive an SMS and email including your personal PIN access code an hour prior. You will find a letter in your apartment that provides useful information about your residence and housing.
Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped. If you wish to have any accessories or additional paid services please contact our support team. Our customer service is available on weekdays 9 AM-5 PM and in case of emergencies by phone 24/7.
Your apartment is cleaned once a week, for the first time about 7 days after your arrival. During the cleaning process, our staff will check the operation of appliencies and equipment, change your bed linen, fill up the washing detergents, soaps, toilet papers, etc. If you discover that something in your apartment is broken, please contact customer service without delay.
You will be able to order a variety of additional paid services such as extra cleaning, shopping service, airport transfer or we can buy you tickets for the evening’s hockey match or the opera. Please contact our customer service for more information.
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a late check-out, please ask for the possibility from our customer service. The lobby and luggage storage are available throughout the day of your departure. When leaving, make sure the windows and doors are closed, the appliencies and equipment are turned off and the lights are turned off. Final cleaning is included in our service. Empty the cabinets from your own goods and food supplies and take out the garbage bins.
